Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Visualspace (“Visualspace”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit our website, join our waitlist or beta, communicate with us, or use our products and services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors and users of the Services. Visualspace is based in Singapore.
1. Scope and Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that Visualspace collects or processes in connection with the Services.

Where Visualspace processes personal information on behalf of a business, organisation, team, or other customer, that customer may determine how certain information is collected and used. In those situations, Visualspace may act as a service provider or processor on the customer’s behalf, and the customer’s own privacy notices or agreements may also apply.

4. AI and Automated Processing
Visualspace uses automated systems and AI-enabled technology to provide features such as media understanding, transcription, search, relevance ranking, asset selection, video planning, script generation, timeline creation, and editing assistance.
To provide these features, relevant User Content, prompts, metadata, and related information may be processed by Visualspace systems and by service providers that support our AI and technology infrastructure.
Visualspace does not use private User Content for unrelated advertising.
Unless we specifically tell you otherwise, Visualspace does not use automated systems to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
5. How We Share Information
Visualspace does not sell personal information.
Visualspace does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising or to allow third parties to target advertisements to you based on your activity across unrelated services.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances.
5.1 Service Providers
We may share information with companies that help us operate Visualspace, including providers of:
- hosting, cloud infrastructure, and storage;
- database and backend services;
- media processing and rendering;
- AI and model processing;
- authentication and account services;
- communications and customer support;
- analytics and product measurement;

These providers may process information on our behalf for the services they provide to us and are subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
5.2 Teams and Organisations
If you use Visualspace as part of a shared team, workspace, organisation, or business account, information and User Content associated with that workspace may be accessible to authorised members based on their permissions.
5.3 Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
- comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful government request;
- protect the rights, property, or safety of Visualspace, our users, or others;
- investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorised activity, or security incidents;
- enforce our agreements or policies;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
5.4 Business Transactions
If Visualspace is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed to relevant advisers, investors, counterparties, or successor entities subject to appropriate safeguards.
5.5 With Your Direction or Consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so or otherwise provide consent.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Visualspace may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand how the Services are used, measure performance, and improve the user experience.
Depending on the technology and purpose, these may fall into the following general categories.
6.1 Essential Technologies
These technologies help provide core functionality, maintain sessions, support security, remember privacy choices, and enable features that are necessary for the Services to work properly.
Because these technologies may be necessary to provide or secure the Services, some may not be optional.
6.2 Performance and Analytics Technologies
These technologies help us understand how visitors and users interact with Visualspace, including which pages or features are used, whether errors occur, and how the Services perform.
We use this information to improve reliability, usability, and product experience.
6.3 Functionality Technologies
These technologies may remember choices or settings so the Services can provide a more consistent or personalised experience.
6.4 Marketing and Attribution Technologies
We may use technologies that help us understand how visitors reached Visualspace, measure the effectiveness of campaigns or referral links, and understand the performance of our own marketing efforts.
Visualspace does not sell personal information or share personal information for third-party behavioural advertising.
Where applicable law requires consent before we use a non-essential cookie or similar technology, we will provide an appropriate choice.
You may also be able to manage cookies and certain similar technologies through your browser or device settings. Blocking some technologies may affect how parts of the Services function.
7. Marketing Communications
When you join the Visualspace waitlist, we may contact you with information relating to:
- your waitlist status;
- launch announcements;
- beta opportunities;
- product updates;
- Visualspace news;
- educational or creator-related content;
- occasional marketing or promotional communications.
You can unsubscribe from optional marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link or other opt-out method included in the communication, or by contacting us at hello@visualspace.ai.
Even if you opt out of optional marketing messages, we may still send communications that are necessary to operate or secure your account, provide a requested service, respond to you, or comply with legal obligations.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
The appropriate retention period depends on factors such as:
- the type of information;
- the purpose for which it was collected;
- whether your account, project, waitlist entry, or relationship with Visualspace remains active;
- legal, regulatory, accounting, or contractual obligations;
- security and fraud-prevention requirements;
- dispute and claims requirements;
- backup and disaster-recovery processes.
We may retain information that has been aggregated or de-identified where it no longer reasonably identifies an individual.
Information removed from active systems may remain temporarily in backups or archives until those copies are overwritten or deleted in the ordinary course of our retention processes.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, alteration, loss, misuse, or destruction.
The safeguards we use depend on the nature of the information and the risks involved.
No internet service, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for taking reasonable steps to protect your account.
10. Managing Your Information and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including the right to:
- request access to information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of certain information;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- object to or request restriction of certain processing;
- request a portable copy of certain information;
- opt out of marketing communications;
- lodge a complaint with an applicable data-protection authority.
Some rights may be subject to exceptions, verification requirements, or other limitations under applicable law.
To submit a privacy request, contact us at hello@visualspace.ai.
We may ask you to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
11. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Visualspace account by emailing hello@visualspace.ai.
After we verify your request, we aim to complete the applicable account-deletion process within 30 days.
We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, financial records, or backup and disaster-recovery purposes.
Deleting your account may result in loss of access to projects, files, workspaces, and other content associated with that account.
You may also contact us to request deletion of a waitlist entry or other personal information, subject to applicable law.
12. International Data Transfers
Visualspace is based in Singapore, and our service providers may operate in Singapore or other countries.
As a result, your information may be processed or stored outside the country where you live.
Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we take reasonable steps designed to ensure that transferred personal information receives an appropriate level of protection, including through contractual or other recognised safeguards where required.
13. Age Requirement
Visualspace is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Visualspace account or use the Visualspace product.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from someone who is not legally permitted to provide it to us, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete the information as required by applicable law.
If you believe a minor has provided personal information to Visualspace inappropriately, contact us at hello@visualspace.ai.
14. Singapore Privacy Rights
Where Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 applies, you may have rights to request access to personal data in our possession or under our control and to request correction of errors or omissions, subject to applicable exceptions.
Where permitted by law, you may also withdraw consent by giving reasonable notice.

Where applicable European data-protection law applies to our processing, we may rely on legal bases including:
- your consent;
- performance of a contract with you;
- our legitimate interests, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- compliance with a legal obligation.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
16. California Privacy Disclosures
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act or other applicable California privacy law applies, California residents may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, and information about how personal information is collected and disclosed.
Visualspace does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
If these practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices or choices required by applicable law before the change applies to affected users.
17. Do Not Track and Browser Signals
Some browsers or devices may offer privacy signals or “Do Not Track” settings.
Because there is not a single universally accepted standard for all such signals, our response may depend on the signal and the laws that apply.
Where applicable law requires us to recognise a legally valid opt-out preference signal, we will do so as required.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain links to, integrate with, or allow you to use third-party products and services.
Visualspace does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that third party’s privacy policy and terms.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services you choose to use.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Visualspace, our data practices, or applicable law.
When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
If a change is material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.
An updated Privacy Policy does not replace consent where applicable law requires separate consent for a new use of personal information.
